ENTRY IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON-LINE.  THERE IS NO PAPER ENTRY.

When you’re ready to enter click on the Individual Entry icon and complete the entry.

The Yarloop Hotel, just a few minutes from Harvey, still have some accommodation available.
Yarloop is the location of a time check, fuel stop and Special Test on Day 1 of the event.

Bargain Priced Accommodation

The 2013 Harvey Fresh A4DE organisers have secured bargain accommodation at the well-appointed Police and Community Centres’ Camp Variety just 15 minutes from Harvey.
Camp Variety is set in tranquil surroundings and offers dormitory style accommodation, ablution facilities and a kitchen and dining facility. The facilities will be available to all who are staying in the dormitories. The camp is made up of two dormitory buildings, each with two rooms with around a dozen beds and two supervisor rooms.
If you are not into getting your own meals the Wokalup Tavern is just 5 minutes down the road where you will be able to get fine meals and refreshments.
On Day 3 of the A4DE the camp is the location of a major remote Time Check and Special Test.
This will suit individuals or small groups looking for somewhere to stay or for larger groups who could book out either one whole dormitory (approximately 12) or both dormitories in one building. (approximately 20)
Bookings are available for the whole week from Saturday 13th July until departure on Sunday 21st July for only $260. That’s 8 days for less than a miserly $33 a day. Bookings are only available for the whole week. No part bookings can be taken and you can only book this by going directly to the 2013 A4DE booking site.
There are only 20 spots available so if you want this budget accommodation for the A4DE sign up now by going to Camp Variety Accommodation and booking your place.

The 2013 Harvey Fresh A4DE is a Smoke Free Event.  Healthway, through their Quit promotion, will ensure that motorcycling is safer for everyone, especially the spectators, by supporting our Smoke Free venues.  For your comfort and health please note that all of our venues will be completely Smoke Free.  Thanks to Healthway, please take a deep breath and enjoy the racing.  You can support us in making this event Smoke Free by not smoking and asking people not to smoke around you and your children.
